We inspect the phone and assess the cause of the fault. Services include diagnostics, tests, preventive maintenance and cleaning. Repair options depend on the model and the damage found.

Displays, flex cables and housings

We replace damaged displays, flex cables and housing parts where suitable components are available. Display supply can be arranged for a specific model. Flex cable repair is considered when technically possible. Timing depends on parts availability and any additional faults.

Electronic components and controls

Hardware work is assessed after diagnostics and can include:

• Chip, processor and flash memory repairs or replacement where technically possible.
• Microphone, speaker and sound module replacement.
• Keypad, button and joystick repairs on models that use them.

Charging and batteries

We assess charging faults and replace batteries. The appropriate component and repair options are confirmed for the specific model.

Software diagnostics and firmware

We provide software diagnostics, testing, updates and firmware reinstallation where suitable versions and procedures are available. Tell us the symptoms and whether preserving your data is a priority.

Languages and applications

We help with language settings, Bulgarian menus and Cyrillic support where available, and application installation and configuration according to the operating system and device restrictions. Older Symbian and Windows Mobile devices are assessed individually.

Backup, transfer and data recovery

We help back up and transfer accessible contacts, photos, videos, audio and other files between compatible devices. We also assess data recovery from partly working and non-working phones. Results depend on the damage, memory, security and access available; recovery cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Network unlocking and enquiries

Network unlocking is assessed according to the model and lock conditions. Include the brand, exact model and symptoms in your enquiry. Prices and timing are confirmed for each case. Do not send passwords or access codes in the enquiry form.

Network unlocking

A network lock may restrict a phone to SIM cards from a particular operator. Unlocking can remove this restriction where a supported procedure exists. It does not change the radio networks or frequencies supported by the device.

Phones purchased abroad

We can assess a phone that does not accept your chosen SIM card. Network compatibility and operator restrictions must be checked separately; not every model or type of lock can be serviced.

Forgotten device codes

A screen access code and a network lock are different issues. If you have forgotten the code to your own device, describe the situation so we can discuss available procedures and their implications for your data.
